Description
Discover our Puffy 3D iron-on foil in a variety of colours now! PuffyFlex foil V2 can be handled like conventional flex film during cutting and is easy to weed. It is compatible with many vinyl cutters and plotter systems, making it versatile for a variety of projects. When pressed on with the transfer press, the foaming creates a 3D effect.
Foaming can make colors appear brighter, especially with darker colors.
The film expands eightfold during the “puffing” process, from 60µ to around 500µ.

Please note that the contact pressure may need to be increased depending on how worn the blade is. *Enable half cut function ** Multi-cut OFF – Blade type: Fine blade
Settings
- Iron on: pre-press hot for approx. 5 seconds
- Place design (baking paper)
- Press on the films at high pressure – for example, you can set the pressure on a lever press
- Press for 15 seconds with carrier at 145°C
- Remove the carrier hot
- Washable up to 40 degrees
- Suitable textiles: cotton, polyester, blended fabrics
